Why ask crazy questions?
The freedom to address the unknown, the uncertain and the risky opens the view to new perspectives and questions.
Curiosity and the attitude to come to a solution at all costs secure innovation and change.
The best innovators are passionately curious, sometimes even annoying.
They approach questions and problems with a childlike attitude free of finished ideas and rigid beliefs. They spread their attention to events that seem to be peripheral.
And they ask crazy questions!
A curiosity-report by Merck (2018, p.12) states among other results the following: „Driven by a need to maintain competitiveness, all sectors, … need to invest in curiosity to thrive and survive. … With today’s competitive environment, recognizing the importance of curiosity is a necessity.”
